Legend Interiors: New Orleans Interior Design

At Legend Interiors, we offer a variety of options. What kind of interior are you designing?

Our cabinetry lines range from custom built cabinets with endless options of paint, stain, and wood species; to Semi-custom lines such as Bellmont Cabinets, Wellborn Forest, Americana Capital Series of Wellborn Forest; and lastly, to a small selection of RTA (ready to assemble) cabinetry.

Our cabinetry designs from Old world to contemporary, eclectic to basic, in a variety of colors and textures. Of equal importance to our visually appealing designs, is the peace of mind that comes with knowing that careful craftsmanship and quality are infused in each cabinet.

We offer pre-fabricated and custom granite, marble, travertine, onyx, and natural quartzite; each of these natural stones add elegance to any home or business, all while telling its own unique story through its coloring, veining, and mineral deposition. An alternative to the above listed natural stone selection, is engineered quartz from Caesarstone, Samsung Radianz, and Cambria. The engineering process mixes approximately 95 percent of natural quartz with 5 percent polymer resins, resulting in a super-hard, low-maintenance, natural stone-look countertop available in an array of colors.

For a more economical alternative to the above, we also offer laminated countertops, with a variety of bullnose options and colors to chose from.

We offer Dal-tile products such as ceramic, porcelain, glass, metal, and natural stone tile.

While we also offer many different species of wood, our Reclaimed Heart Pine is a classic in Southern Homes and ranges in color from blonde and strawberry blonde tones to deep amber with the occasional charming knot peeking through the varied tonal striations.

Originally the heart pine was used in factories and warehouses built during the Industrial Revolution; upon demolishing these structures, many re-purposed this lumber for charming additions to their homes in the form of flooring, ceiling beams, and mantles.

“Dirt top and dirty face” reclaimed heart pine is characterized by original saw marks and coloring adding both character and rustic charm to the finished product.

“Clean” version of heart pine has mostly long straight grain lines rather than the usual swirls associated other wood species.
